Thinking of joining us as a volunteer? Do you want to make a positive impact on the lives of young people in our area? We’d love to hear from you. We are always looking for people willing to help us out. Our volunteers are the lifeblood of the club and we would not be able to function without the support we receive. You can make a difference to us with as little as one evening a month. All new volunteers will be given training in safeguarding, undergo a DBS Check and will need to fill out an application form which collects information we are required to keep for our records. A DBS Check is a criminal record check used by employers in England & Wales to help maintain safer recruitment decisions. The check is used for certain roles, especially those involving children to prevent unsuitable individuals from working with them.
